The menu bar
The bell in the top left slides out a bar with History (read back old lines), Auto (advance on its own), Hide (hide the text box to see the art), Skip, QSave and QLoad, Save, Load and Settings.
Settings worth changing
- Volume sliders for master, music, sound effects and voices.
- Text speed and auto-advance delay.
- Difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard): changes how much time the timed minigames give you.
Tips for a smooth first run
- Save before every big choice. The pill decision at the end of the first night splits the whole story.
- Hover over things during the "Investigation Time" scenes. Anything clickable lights up.
- Do not rush the timed scenes. Easy difficulty is generous and is a good first pick.
- Plan a second run. Many scenes and two endings are only reachable by making different choices.
