A small cast, each with something to hide.

You, the protagonist

You choose your own name, pronouns (he, she or they) and body type. A leg illness means you cannot walk, so you live with Adrian. You wake late at night when he gets home and spend your days helping him with his "work".

Adrian Winchester

Voice: Vertin Vii. Your doctor boyfriend. He is a 30-year-old pathologist and the Head of Diagnostic Pathology at Valleybrook Hospital. He is warm, attentive, rich and affectionate, and he asks you to help take apart old dolls. His affection toward you changes with your answers, and you need it low to get the key in the late game.

Ian

Voice: BigG. The stranger who appears in your room at night and gives you a pill. On the second night he reveals he is Adrian's brother and says Adrian hates him. He gives you a scalpel, asks for your help and dreams of opening a flower shop. His affection decides whether Ending 4 is open to you.

Oliver Freeman

Voice: Omong. Someone who has been looking for you for almost a month. You reach him by phone from the secret room. If you give him the right address, he comes to your rescue and is there when you recover in the hospital.
